Stanley Gibbons visit

I visited the world famous Stanley Gibbons stamp shop at 399 Strand in London, UK on June 28 and 29, 2006. Staff was serving customers wine, sandwiches and cakes during my visit on Thursday evening. Stanley Gibbons is a market leader in rare stamp and autograph investment.
I only purchased some Israel stamps. I'll plan to scan them. The store is a Bristish stamp collector's delight in many ways, but the Israel and US stamp inventory is weak.
