Description:
A complete collection of US Roosevelt Dimes, both uncirculated and proof, from 1946 to 1964. The Roosevelt Dime was introduced in honor of the 32nd President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who died in 1945. The dime was selected because of Roosevelt's involvement in the March of Dimes, a program to end polio, a disease Roosevelt suffered from as a child. In 1965 the dime switched to a composition containing copper and nickel.
